PAYMENT
All preorders must be paid in full by the preorder closing date.
TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)
Preorders have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 6 weeks from the preorder closing date. This timeframe begins after the preorder closes and may vary slightly due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
NO CANCELLATIONS
Once payment has been submitted, preorders cannot be changed, refunded, or cancelled.
PICKUP & SHIPPING
You will be notified as soon as your order arrives. Orders may be picked up locally or shipped for a flat rate of $6. Orders will be ready for pickup within 3 business days once you have been notified.
SIZING
Please double-check sizes before ordering, as exchanges are not available due to limited sizes and quantities.
